Steve enjoys work most when he is helping those around him become successful in their roles. Prior to joining FocalPoint, Steve was the General Manager of DJ Instruments, division of Roper Technologies, a company that designs and manufactures custom pressure, load, and torque sensors. At DJ Steve built a team that grew operating profit, grew sales, achieved ISO certification, relocated to a new facility, and made sure everyone had some fun while doing it. From there he made the leap to leading the successful turnaround of a larger Mitsubishi business unit, New England Industrial Truck. After moving back to the high tech OEM world as a leader in two more small businesses, Steve decided it was time to begin his own practice as a FocalPoint Business & Executive Coach.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science and MBA from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell, where he met his wife Kim of over 20 years. They have two kids, Paige and Sam, and have actively coached and managed their sports teams for many years.
